Before founding Decks N’ Stones, I spent ten years as an emergency room nurse in New York City. It was a role that demanded fast thinking, steady hands, and—above all—a deep sense of care for every person who walked through those doors. Those years taught me how to stay calm under pressure, listen closely, and always follow through with precision.

And while I eventually hung up my scrubs, those values didn’t get left behind—they became the foundation of this business.

Decks N’ Stones was born through the guidance of a childhood friend who grew up in the construction world, learning the craft at his father’s side and eventually taking over the family business. With his lifelong experience and my attention to detail and people-first mindset, we built a company that blends quality craftsmanship with a genuine commitment to client care.
